eFiling - Form 700

The Political Reform Act of 1974 - Form 700

The Political Reform Act mandates that public officials abstain from participating in governmental decisions where they have a financial interest that could be significantly impacted. To detect potential conflicts of interest, the law obliges officials to submit Statements of Economic Interests (Form 700), which are accessible to the public. It is imperative for agencies to ensure that their public officials, including board and commission members, employees, and consultants, submit these forms and reveal their interests by the legal deadline.

Our office serves as the filing officer for certain local government entities and specified roles within Yolo County. You are advised to obtain your conflict-of-interest code from the individual who directed you to fill out the Form 700.
