Form 700 - Notification

This webpage serves as the notification required pursuant to Government Code § 87505.

Copies of Statements of Economic Interests (Form 700) filed with Yolo County can be obtained by visiting our office or by contacting the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) at 428 J Street, Suite 620, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Copy fees are as follows (Govt Code § 81008):

• Copy fees: $0.10 per page
• Retrieval fee: $5 per request for copies of reports and statements which are five or more years old

Statements of Economic Interest for some state and local government agency officials may be available in an electronic format by visiting the FPPC's website.

The Yolo County Clerk-Recorder receives and retains the original filings for the following positions:

• Yolo County Designated Employees, Department Heads, and County Clerk-Recorder-Assessor
• Yolo County Agencies, Boards, and Commissions who have designated our office as the filing officer in their Conflict-of-Interest Code

Please note that with the passage of recent legislation AB1170, effective 1/1/2025, 87200 filers now e-file directly with the Commission. The Commission by regulation posts statements filed by elected officials.
